This so-called race is in my opinion, a Phantasm, that only exists in people’s mind and I would wager that this Phantasm chiefly exists, it seems in India- which is looking at China with a mixture of envy and jealousy.

I will even wager one of my shares in JD. Com ( a Chinese MNC) that most Chinese are not even bothered to see, if India is “lagging” behind them.

My mainland Chinese American friends, who travel back and forth to China assure me that petty Corruption is well and alive in China and the ranking by Transparency International, which monitors ‘perception of corruption’ in nations, ranks both India and China about equal.
